We acquire the plot, design the building, and supervise construction ourselves — so the specification decided at the start is the specification delivered at the end.

Handover and snagging
Keys are handed over in person, with a walkthrough. Anything that needs correcting after you move in is corrected by the same team that built it.

Small buildings are cheaper to run. We help owners set up shared maintenance sensibly and stay reachable long after the last unit is sold.
