We reply to every enquiry, usually the same day. The first conversation is short: which area you are looking at, roughly what size you need, and when you would want to move. If we have something that fits, we arrange a viewing; if we do not, we say so rather than showing you something that misses.

Viewings run seven days a week by appointment, including evenings. You will be shown the actual unit and, where one exists, the finished show apartment — so you can judge the specification against something real rather than a drawing.

Buyers who commit before the finishing stage sit down with us to choose their own decor, tiling, and joinery. If that matters to you, say so early, because the window for it closes once the finishing trades start.
