Viola Housing (شركة فيولا للإسكان) is a residential development company based in Amman, Jordan. For more than fifteen years we have designed, built, and delivered residential projects — at home and abroad.
A real estate development company building and developing property and housing projects with modern design.
Our approach
Most apartments in this market are sold twice — once by a developer chasing volume, and again by an agent who has never set foot in the building. We do neither. Viola acquires the land, designs the building, supervises the construction, and hands the keys over itself.
That means we are answerable for the things that usually get quietly downgraded: the thickness of the interior doors, the quality of the joinery, whether the laundry room is actually big enough for a machine and a sink. Fifteen years of doing it this way is why owners come back to us and send their families.
Working across Jordan and abroad has also taught us what travels and what does not. Standards, materials, and site practice differ from market to market; the expectation that a building is finished properly does not.
