These are finished apartments, photographed after handover rather than staged for a brochure. The walnut panelling runs floor to ceiling in the entrance halls and reception rooms; the interior doors are specified at the top of the range, which is the detail buyers notice first and the one most developers quietly downgrade.

Bathrooms use large-format tiling, backlit mirrors, and wall-hung sanitaryware, with the lighting designed into the ceiling rather than surface-mounted afterwards. Communal areas get the same treatment — stone treads and frameless glass balustrades on the stairs, planted and lit entrances.

The exteriors are shown at dusk because that is when the balcony lighting reads properly. Construction shots are included so you can see how a Viola building looks before the finishing trades arrive, not only after.
